Sarah holds qualifications in Sports, Swedish and Deep tissue massage and Anatomy, Physiology and biomechanics, awarded by ITEC and BSY governing bodies. She studied at Stoke-on-Trent College and went on to employment at the Physiotherapy department of Hemel Hempstead NHS Hospital in Hertfordshire where she worked full time for 18 months.
Following this Sarah undertook the study of a Post Graduate Diploma in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, later visiting The Beijing Medical University in China.
